The Dynacraft Dual Milled CNC wedges start with a five step forging process from a billet of soft carbon steel providing that unmistaken feel coveted by the most prestigious golfers in the world. This is indeed a true forging that is not to be construed with form forging using harder 8620 carbon steel that many other companies choose to manufacturer their wedges. Each groove is CNC milled to USGA conforming U-grooves that ensures consistency of both groove width and depth that less sophisticated methods such as stamping or hand grinding cannot. A secondary skim milling operation is performed on the face to create tiny micro-grooves which helps to increase surface roughness and further channel moisture between the ball and clubface for maximum spin. A brilliant high-chrome finish provides the classic look for years of durability and beauty. A thin topline and minimal offset, preferred at address, augment the semi-narrow 4-way camber sole design.

Constructed of 1021 carbon steel; bendable.

Questions on Dynacraft DMC Forged Wedge - Clubhead

      • From Brandon at 11/18/12 6:23 PM
        • How does this wedge design and innovations compare to the Titleist Vokey wedges?
        • Brandon:

We try not to compare our clubs to the name brand manufacturers, rather they stand on their own merits. As far as I know, none of the Vokey wedges are forged but cast from 8620 carbon steel.

      • From Denis Wreford at 12/30/12 2:30 AM
        • Please explain why you cannot bend this Forged Wedge -most Forged Irons etc you can bend up up 4 Degree's either way or is this not a complete Forged Steel throughout ???
        • Denis:

We can bend this club +/-2º from the stated specifications. If the head is "as forged" 1 degree flat and you need 2 degrees upright, then that is a net 3 degree change that is built in. It is an all-forged iron. However, the hosel piece is separate and welded to the body. The drop down box will show the options which will add $4.50 per head for the bending service unless you are going to have it done locally.

      • From Michael Moan at 7/23/13 1:36 AM
        • Can you bend the loft of these wedge heads to 1 or 2 degrees strong or weak. I'd like to get a 62 degree wedge and I love these clubs. I have a set now. Thanks.
        • Michael,

The only service we offer is lie adjustment. However, the wedges are bendable up to 2º from the published spec and you can take it to a local shop that is equipped with a lie/loft machine.
