UST Recoil golf shafts technology allows the golfer to load and unload better on partial and full shots for improved distance and trajectory control. The UST Recoil golf shaft also increases the spring effect in the walls of the shaft for efficient energy transferred to the ball for increased velocity and greater distance. The unique composite construction creates a higher damping rate equating to better feel and less stress on joints in the hands, wrists and elbows.
Questions on UST-Mamiya Recoil 660 Graphite - Iron
- From Larry Scanlon at 4/2/13 6:34 AM
- I am a 69 year old male....head speed 80-85,5-iron 145-155 yards...looking for a good iron shaft....is the UST Recoil ang good shaft for me or could you reccomend a better shaft?????...Thanks
The Recoil's are premium graphite iron shafts. If you are looking at the Recoil 660 shaft, I might advise the A-flex based on your 5-iron distance, unless you have a shorter, more compact swing in which you have fared better with R-flex in the recent past. With so limited information about your swing and what you are presently using and the problems you are having, it would not be fair for me to recommend a shaft.
