HIREKO'S STRESS FREE RETURN POLICY
Hireko's Return Policy
Hireko will exchange or refund merchandise purchased through our catalog or
website within 30 days of product receipt, accompanied by the original sales
receipt and in new, unused condition. The customer will pay for freight on all
non-defective merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior Return
Authorization from Hireko Golf. Please call our customer service department
at 800-267-8912 or email support@hirekogolf.com for a Return Authorization Number.
If you email Hireko for a RA number you must submit a reason for the return.
The Return Authorization number is used to efficiently process your order after
we have received the merchandise back in our warehouse. The RA number is valid
15 days from the date issued.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and associated
expenses of return merchandise including golf components, tools, accessories
and assembled golf clubs. Customers wishing to return assembled base model or
upgraded Hireko custom golf clubs must first view our 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
policy here. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs to
return base model or upgraded custom golf clubs not covered under the One Year
Manufacturer's Warranty. Hireko Golf will not accept returns on items in the
case of customer induced pop-up marks, dings, chips, tire marks, deep scratches,
unusual rusting or excessively bent shafts.
Return Shipping
All returned shipments must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the
original invoice or packing list. The Original Sales Receipt can be any Hireko
receipt, shipping invoice or Internet screen printout.
FedEx ground shipping will be covered by Hireko Golf on warranty
and defective returns only. Customers are responsible for shipping all returned
merchandise back to Hireko. Customers are requested to appropriately pack the
returned items in the original box and use adequate packing material. All returns
must be shipped freight prepaid.
Hireko Golf will give store credit only on all approved returned
items. Hireko will not issue a credit on the same credit card as the original
purchase.
Exceptions and Exclusions
No COD return shipments will be accepted. All claims for shortages must be made
within 10 days of product receipt. Goods returned for any reason other than
defective merchandise or as a result of an incorrect shipment will be handled
on a case by case basis. Only goods which have been purchased within the 12
months period of the returned date will be accepted. The goods must be returned
in the same condition as they were shipped or no store credit will be issued.
No returns are accepted for any sale items or items which have been closed out
by the Seller. Customers wishing to return assembled base model or upgraded
Hireko custom golf clubs must first view our 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy
here.
Merchandise not available for return include: Assembled Boxed
Sets, Closeouts, Golf Bags, Headcovers, Pre-owned Golf Clubs, Component Clubs
assembled by the customer, Books, Videos and Software, Free or Promotional Goods
or Personalized items. These items are covered under our One Year Manufacturer's
Warranty.
While we can replace damaged or defective merchandise, Hireko
Golf will replace your damaged/defective item with the same item or one of equal
value. In order to get exactly what you want as quickly as possible, simply
return the unwanted item for store credit and place a new order for the item
you want. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and associated
expenses of return merchandise including golf components, tools, accessories
and assembled golf clubs.
International Returns
Merchandise shipped outside the continental United States is not covered under
the 60 Day Guarantee but is covered under One Year Manufacturers Warranty. The
customer is solely responsible for any and all duties, taxes, shipping charges,

Warranty Claims/Defective Returns
Hireko Golf warranty's all products for one year from point of original purchase.
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of Hireko Golf. Any Defective
product may be returned anytime within one year of purchase. Please contact
Hireko prior to returning any merchandise for warranty or defective consideration.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and associated expenses of
return merchandise including golf components, tools, accessories and assembled
golf clubs.
Shortages
Many orders ship in multiple cartons and may arrive days apart, so check your
packing slip before calling us to report a shortage. All claims for shortages
must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.
How to Return Merchandise
Please follow these instructions to return your merchandise: To return an item,
Hireko requests that you use your original shipping carton (if possible). Returns
and Exchanges can not be processed without first receiving a Return Authorization
(RA) number from Hireko Golf. The RA number is used to efficiently process your
return after we have received the merchandise back in our warehouse.
Please follow these instructions:
1. Please try to re-use your original shipping carton. Place the returned items
in your original shipping carton with appropriate packing material. The customer
is responsible for all shipping costs and associated expenses of return merchandise
including golf components, tools, accessories and assembled golf clubs. Hireko
Golf will cover the return shipping costs on all golf components, tools, accessories
and assembled golf clubs only on defective or damaged items. Hireko Golf will
not accept returns on items in the case of customer induced pop-up marks, dings,
chips, tire marks, deep scratches, unusual rusting or excessively bent shafts.
Please call customer service at 800-367-8912 for any questions regarding our
return policy.
2. Please include the original or a copy of the original packing slip, and note
the reason for your return, and enclose the slip in the shipping carton. If
you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper
containing your printed name and address, the order number and your Hireko Customer
Number, and the reason for the return or exchange.
3. Wrap the package securely and send it to the following address:

PLEASE NOTE: Improperly packaged items returned by customer
to Hireko (not enough packing material, shoddy boxes, not enough tape on box,
etc.) will not be credited by Hireko Golf. Please take care in packaging your
returned products to Hireko Golf. We will make sure your return is taken care
of in a timely manner and your account is properly credited. We cannot refund
your original shipping charges
ADDRESS CORRECTION FEES & OTHER MISC. SHIPPING CHARGES
Hireko is not responsible for fees charged by Fedex, UPS, Post
Office or other shippers in instances where the customer provides Hireko with
incorrect ship to or bill to address information (Street, City, State, Zip Code,
etc.). Shipper correction fees will be the responsibility of the customer and
the customer will therefore be charged for such fees.
These correction fees are applicable on orders generated from
the following sources: internet, email, regular postal mail, fax, edi, or other
electronic means.
Orders placed over the telephone are exempt from the above stated
correction fees.
