Acer XK Chipper - Custom Assembled:The Acer XK Chipper combines the loft of an 8-iron with the weight and lie of a putter. The ultrawide contoured sole glides across either the rough or the close cropped apron surrounding the green. Gooseneck, over-the-hosel design increases the effective face area and eliminates the possibility of shanking the ball like with an iron.

Base price assembled with Apollo Standard Steel Shaft and Karma Black Velvet Grip.

I bought this club back in December. Ditch your lob wedge. You will never chilli dip a shot with this club. There is something about this club that makes it easy to line up even from longer distances. I have holed around a dozen shots with this club in the 40-50 foot range. Around the practice green, comparing chips using my Odyssey 2ball putter and this club I am almost always closer to the pin. Wish these guys made the same head design in a putter.

My successful up & down percentage went from 20% to 50%. Need I say anything more? I made room for the chipper in my bag by taking out the 3 iron/hybrid. Between my 4 iron/hybrid and my 5 wood, I don't miss the 3 iron/hybrid a bit.

This chipper is great! I always struggle with short chips. This is weighted great and lets you get easy loft on the ball for anything ranging from 5-30 yards. It will give you new confidence at these ranges

I love this club. Definetly worth the money. I use this club anytime I'm within 5-10yrds from the green and it has really helped with my shot
consitancy. The club feels very balanced and an excellent bargain. I love the Karma grip that they put on it too.

On both tight lies or short rough around the green this club is perfect. this club will be very good this winter when the grass around the greens goes dormant. very hard to hit a bad shot

I bought this after returning to golf after a 3 year hiatus. Upon my return, I found my short game was really struggling and I would cost myself 1 or 2 extra strokes trying to chip onto the green. This was mostly due to mental errors on my part. This club makes it easy for my brain to realize it needs to be in "chipping mode". With just a little practice with this club my "up & downs" have increased significantly and 3 putts have decreased because I'm getting the ball much closer to the pin when I chip on. I highly recommend this club.

I MAY REMOVE ALL OTHER WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MY PUTTER. gREAT FOR TOP SAND SHOTS, CHIPS AROUND THE GREEN AND AS FAR OUT AS 100 YARDS. ACCURATE ON LINE. I DID CHANGE THE GRIP (NOT NECCSARY) IT CAME WITH A GREAT KAMA BUT I PREFER SAME SIZE GRIP UP AND DOWN LIKE NATURAL GOLF
