Power Play System Q2 Titanium Driver - Custom Assembled:A square shaped profile, but a look and sound that even better golfers will revere. The large footprint at address coupled with additional material in the rear corners formed by the square shape, combine to produce superb perimeter weighting. We went steps further by positioning extra weight via adjustable weight screws in the most beneficial positions in the clubhead and augmented a beta titanium face for weight savings and performance. All this adds up to a high moment of inertia design designed to hit the ball straighter over the entire face.

At 460cc, it is equipped with dual adjustable weight ports for many custom clubmaking options for determining to proper weight and directional control for whatever length you desire. As shipped, the stock club is equipped with a 3g screw in the toe and a 10g screw in the heel ports. Additional screws (4, 6, 8 and 12g) are available to provide 36 different weight combinations from 193g up to 211g. Conforms with USGA Rules.

Additional weight screws can be purchased .

Information on the proper position for the weight screws can be downloaded .

Base price assembled with Hireko Shadow Graphite Shaft by Apllo and Karma Black Velvet grip.

I replaced a Brand Name driver and find that I get 15-25 yards longer off the tee. Adjusting the weights gives me more control. I have been playing golf for 20 years and this is the best driver I have owned. GET YOURS SOON!!

As a beginning golfer, I was reluctant to spend the $300 to $400 for the top name brand drivers. I started with an old set of "used" clubs but wanted to upgrade to the newer larger drivers. I found Hireko online and decided to take a chance and buy one of their drivers and I'm very glad I did. The quality is great and the driver is as good as any of the top name brands that I have tried. I'm sure my game will improve at a much faster pace now and I'm looking forward to upgrading the other clubs in my bag as my game progresses.

This club had grooved my confidence inh using drivers; now i can't play without a driver. My philosophy is that a long straight drive sets you up for a par. My average drive is 240 yards with the occasional 250 - in the past I lost distance because i was pushing the ball out.
Pros: nice, solid feel; great sound (a Rolls Royce door closing)
Cons: I have to tee up a little lower with this club.

Built this on an Aldila X-Stiff shaft at 45.5". It just flies off of the face with a nice little draw. I've got the 6g and 8g weights on it now. I've change the way I play my home course cause now I'm anywhere from 260 - 285 off the tee. Love the sound when you hit just right!

Does not feel right
By keikoVerified Purchaser from Florida on 5/7/2008

Poor Balance
Best Uses:
Off The Tee

Bottom Line:

I am 70 years old and have played golf for 50 years and play to a REAL 6 handicap. (5.1 Index).
I have a bag full of drivers that I have tried and used for a period of time. This particular driver I only used once. It just did not feel right. It was about 30 yards shorter than my present driver (Golfsmith Snake Eyes Ti). I guess I was disappointed because it is an attractive head.

Imagine my panic!

I put this head together with an IST 65 Stiff shaft and the "fun" began. It's the tool a guy needs if you like long, straight shots. My panic came when the first one I built developed a crack at the "tow" weight. Of course the great folks at Hireko replaced the head and mailed my dream tool back. Now I am in the swing of things again. I have built more for friends. They only have to swing it once.

What a "bummer', after getting the weights properly adjusted,I no longer get to visit and enjoy the flora and fauna of our courses heavy woods...My playing partners for some reason seem to always be coming up from behind me and I've been accused of taking HGH....My new Super Stick has ruined my life as I formerly knew it........

I can really bomb this club, after 1 week of playing with the weights, I found that a 12 gram in the heel and the 3 gram in the toe allows me to just hammer shots down the fairway with little effort. My last driver cost me over [$] bucks, but this head, and an orange ion shaft, and a golf pride cord grip, was a hair over [$]. And it gets me 10 to 25 yards more distance. I can't wait to get my hands on the 3 wood. Buy it now, Ebay later. But I really think it's a keeper, and so will your friends.

used the new image red stiff shaft. helps me get the ball airborne. very easy to hit fairly long and can find more fairways . needed to put more weight in toe port to keep the ball straight/small draw. i've tried most of the good shafts and for me this is the best i've used. also used the new image gold . it too was very good but the ball flight was lower .[tip is stiffer?]i think it was the 2nd best i've used..

I have been very happy with all of my purchases from Hireko, this may be the best of all. I matched it with the Apollo Masterflex HP55 shaft and the Lamkin Torsion Control grip. The result is outstanding.Especially when you see drivers that are being sold at 5 times the price!

I shafted this head with a Harrison Stiper J in a Regular flex and 45" long. I seem to be getting 15-20 yards more and reasonably straight. This head doesn't have that loud bang on contact that others in this style have. All in all a good club and my driver of choice, I'll put the Cleveland Hibore on the rack.
