I tried the ICT driver for the first time today and what a joy it is to hit. Not only did my drives go longer but they stayed in the fairway. You may have to adjust the head to your swing, but once you do, your drives will improve at once.
Great Job Heriko!!! and the price blows away the big boy drivers for the same quality of club!!!

played two rounds. hit one off the toe and the head split out along the crown along the face and across the toe. weak weld job i suspect. head seems to loosen up after awhile also.

Fourth tee shot caused the 8-position hosel to shift slightly in the head. It remains loose regardless of the torque applied to the set screw. I am going to apply loctite to the octagonal hosel insert to prevent looseness felt between shaft and head.

Shaft plays stiffer due to insert, seems as though even the torque decreases. Would suggest using a less stiff shaft than would normally be used.

I do not have time to go to the range and practice (juggling between trying to be a good family man and operating my business). I therefor go from tee time to tee time, with very little warm up or driving range time. It also means my swing is very inconsistent. The first tee shot tells me how my swing is that day - casting, not having a flat wrist, not completing my swing and so forth. The end result is that I slice off the tee with my driver. If I hit fairways, then its up to the putter deciding if I am shooting in the mid or high 80s. If I am missing fairways and have penalties or OB off the tee with my driver, then I know it will be a struggle to stay in the high 90s and most likely facing low 100s. I was actually thinking of getting the new Taylormade R9 driver since I am still holding on to a gift certficate from Christmas (but prefer to hold on to it for tees and balls). Then, I cam across this site and decided to get this driver and try it out. The price was worth the shot. WOW is what I can say! I have the driver in position #6 and my drives are dead center of the fairway, left side of the fairway or left side rough - but no penalites or OB with the driver - all drives in play. If you have problems off the tee with your driver, you should give this driver a chance. My swing is what it is. With the little time I have for golf, I need a club that can adjust to my golfswing and this club is it. The down side is that the club has a dead sound on impact. I do not care about that sound as long as I am in play or no penalties / OB off the tee.Also, the clubhead now has some damage inside of it (something lose is shaking inside the clubhead). I just called Hirekogolf and they are sending me a new head, [...].I have played with this driver twice now and each time (in a long time) - all driver tee shots in play, no penalties or OB. Both rounds with the driver in #6 position have been in the 80s (the last 5 previous rounds have been in the mid 90s to low 100s).P.S. I do not work for this company or know anyone there. I am just an avid golfer trying to keep my dream of achieving a single digit handicapp, spend time with the family and surviving this economic mess we are all in.

Excellent construction. If used properly it will allow adjusting the club to the golfers own natural swing, rather than always trying swing changes.

I like the Driver . I do not like the the aluminum screw. The screw head strips when hand tightening.

YES!!! I recently tried the Ict Driver and I was blown away by the result. Previously, I owned a Nike SQ tour it was great but the result can't be compare to the Prophet Ict driver. So now I own one and use it for every tournement.
