After struggling with long irons for the past few years, I was ready to try anything to improve my game. Because of my size (5'7") I decided to search for custom ordered clubs, and stumbled across this set with no prior knowledge of them. For [$] I was able to get 3-PW and couldn't be happier that I did. My 3 & 4 irons have gone from my worst clubs, to the best shots of my life after only a few rounds of practicing with them. Power and confidence are unmatched with this hybrid iron set, and I would recommend anyone looking to improve frustrating long irons to give these a try.

Makes getting out of fairway bunkers easy. Goes further than my old sand wedge. Still working on the sand bunker shot but think it will be better than old wedge when I get more use to it.

I purchased the PW, 9 iron & 8 iron as those are the weakest part of my game. On my first time out, the longest put I had was four feet. These clubs are unbelievable. I've hardly ever been able to hit a conventional iron that close to the pin. It is a real confidence builder. Can't wait to get out again.

Had this assembled with an I-Rod shaft. Solid performer Mid flight and very accurate. Great value for the money. My first club from Heriko, I'm sure it won't be the last. Very satisfied.

Firstly let me say that Hireko website is ideal, I bought the 3 and 4 hybrids assembled with the Apollo acculite 95 shaft(perfect combo), these clubs surpassed my expectations, great ball flight, accurate, with great distance, and without the clumsyness of other bulky hybrids, This is one player that can't wait for the warmer weather, thank you Hireko.

I've been trying to find the right hybrid that is light, accurate and fits me. I got the #2 and SW to try. Very happy after hitting a bucket of balls. Got ladies flex and powerflex shaft. very nice. i'm ordering more to round out my set.

I bought two of these--5H and 7H. They are the best clubs in my bag. I love the ability to select length and grip. I got the 7H an inch longer, so I could play it as a 6 or 7 (by choking it). I get terrific height and they stop really well.

After playing several major expensive brands of clubs I lucked into this hybrid by accident. I bought a #7, hit it on the practice range, and took my #6 and #8 Tour Edge hybrids into the golf shop to have the Power Play 5000 heads put on. Have never hit such straight shots. Off the toe, still straight. I am now convinced that expensive clubs are expensive because of hype and advertising. Being a senior golfer I think these clubs might be ideally suited for seniors.

I'ma senior who doesn't hit it a long ways. My middle irons seemed to all go the same distances so I heard hybrid replacements may be what I need. I tried a friends 4 and 6 and I bought them. I bought the 5.7.8.and 9 and now I have about 10 to 15 yards between each club. I haven't had them long but I can tell you I have fallen in love with them and they have made every aspect of mid to short game better and more accurate. They work! I will recommend them to anyone I think they will help. chipper

I have used these clubs for 3 seasons and they are honestly very good, well-made clubs. An excellent buy for the price. The finish has lasted very well and they are much easier to hit with than traditional irons. I use them for ALL shots and feel very confident when using them. I would recommend them to any and all. Just a great, well-made club for the price.

Just made 3 and 4 irons on Rifle 4.5 shafts. Just ordered 5 and 6 without trying 3 and 4 irons ( snowing today ). Look and feel great just making practice swings in apartment. My 5 through PW have Dynacraft Prophet ironheads I just built and used only once on the course. The 5 and 6 will go on True Temper TX-80 shafts. Looking forward to seeing how both shafts perform.

I received the 2 and 3 irons yesterday. Took them to the range today. Great clubs so I ordered the 4 and the 5 today. Very easy to hit and accurate. Solid feel on a cool day. At least 10 - 15 yards longer than my standard 2 and 3 iron. Great value for the price.

I bought a few of these, 6-PW, and liked them very well. Now, I think if I like these, I will get a set of the Cleveland Hibores and really have a set of hybrid irons. After spending much more money on the Hibores, I have to admit, I like the Power Plays better.

I have been using the hybrid 2 iron for several years. I have even let it take the place of my fairway 5 wood. I recently ordered a new 2 iron and also the 3 iron.

I purchased the #3 with the Karakal power V grip and SK 80 shaft. The club is much heavier than i expected. I used it 3 or 4 times during my 18 holes this weekend and each shot was different. Use these strictly from the fairway as they are easy to align for the shot. One does have to remember to hit "down" on the ball with these just like any other iron club.

I purchased the PP 5000 to replace my 5i. Had problems with pulling my orig. irons, had no confidence from tee or in fairway. I have a 3 and 4 hybrid, so going to 5i iybrid seemed logical. It was a good choice for me, I have no problems with hitting par 3's 190 or better. I have also been able to chip around the green with it, and choke down to pitch out the woods. I have been thoroughly pleased with the club, might get the 6i as well.

I bought the Power Play Select 5000 Hybrid to replace my 4-iron that I had lost confidence in, and rarely used. I needed to fill the gap between my 5-wood and 5-iron. I chose this hybrid because its 24 degree loft matched my dead-to-me 4-iron. After just 2 rounds, my confidence has returned. I'm hitting greens from 160+ yds. My only negative comment is that it's a little too heavy, but that's my fault for ordering the steel shaft. If I had it to do over again, I'd choose graphite or the new lightweight steel. I've never carried a 3-iron, but if my success with this club continues, I just might order the 3-iron version.
