Ok, I usually use a regular flex, but the Acculite shaft is only 75 grams. With flex of the shaft I was able to go Stiff and enjoy the control of the shot. The Prophet heads are well designed and have a great feel. I have increased my "on" shots to over 90%. I used to have a 5 and 6 Taylor made rescue clubs, which I often would hook. I therefore have increased my on the green in regulation by 25%!!!

based on the various user's feedback i took the plunge although i did initially conider the Prophet's bigger brother (blades) - i did come to my senses about my ability to play them.i ordered 4~9 irons using Apollo Acculite 75 Steel shafts.the resulting clubs were much lighter and felt like i was handling playing graphite shafted clubs.took them to the range and i was nicely surprised. mishits were quickly registered and forced me to correct them; improving consistency of hits.reduced club length and upsized grips made the difference as well.[...].Love them and now i've put my 6yr old Cleveland TA7 Irons (w/TT Dynamic Gold shafts) up for sale.No looking back!

Im only three months into golf, had been using a Golden Bear set. Swapping the irons out for these has really helped. Initially harder for me to hit well as they are more compact, but it took less time than Id feared to start hitting these pretty well. Since then I'm growing in confidence with these all the time, and have hit some awesome shots on my scale of things, and sometimes even on my 12hcp playing buddies scale of things!I bought in the UK through Sigma Golf - they shafted and gripped a set for me,[...] I was not dissapointed. Excellent value overall, Ill be back soon as Ive made up my mind to try the ICT or Cayman drivers :)

Tested this club in 5i. Excellent feel and forgiveness and a full club length longer than my current. With the Apollo Standard stepless shaft, this club looks better than and outperforms major brands and is a ridiculous bargain for a forged club. If you want the look, feel and performance of expensive clubs for a fraction of the price, BUY THESE! I'm replacing my set with them ASAP.

Buyer beware! If you build any club with anything but standard shaft, grip, etc. the 60 day guarantee is void. Other than that bit of detail, these irons are fantastic. I built them with Aldila NV mlti shafts in stiff, and they feel fantastic. I liked them so much I sold my Cleveland CG7's! I thought I liked how they felt compared to the other big boys until I tried these...with the Aldila shafts they feel like butta!

Lovely clubs let down by poor quality and poor service.
The black lettering on the sole (on the Dynacraft name and the iron number) is already coming off after only 4 rounds with these clubs - not what I expect.
It took 7 weeks for '7 iron' head to arrive, despite being told each week that 'it was coming next week'.
Overall a good club let down by poor quality and substandard customer service.

I bought these about 4 months ago for a much better price. Let me tell you though, these are the best irons I have played. They replaced a set of un-forged dynacraft blades and the difference is amazing. I matched them up with the true temper ultra light stiff shaft and they offer a soft crisp feel with minimal distance loss on off center hits.(Remember I switched from blades) The only compliant, which I assume is due to the soft carbon steel, is that they dent and scratch pretty easy. Not huge dents or scratches, but the surface is softer. Easy tradeoff for the crisp feel of these irons.
