i have played acer clubs in the past and came back to try out a new set. my old sets were durable and felt like the right weight and feel so i thought i'd try another set from hireko. i bought the high trajectory clubs and find them very enjoyable and easy to play with. the trajectory isn't much higher but the feel is fantastic. i bought a seven iron and played with it a little then bought the rest of the set when i knew it was a good feel. I lengthened my clubs and got two tone karma grips and they seem just fine for me. overall very happy and have been hitting improved more crisp contacts on the ball which has greatly improved confidence and a lower number so far. these clubs are comperable to any other club without the insane mark-up you get from chain stores. thanks hireko, well done.

excellent product, was put onto hireko by very knowledgeable friend who makes & repairs clubs. i bought mine ready assembled by hireko & when i got them, found that a few had cracked ferrules. contacted kira in support & problem rectified very promptly. would deal with hireko again & will recommend them to others looking to replace clubs.

I like Hireko's stuff. I had these clubs custom assembled to fit my game. When used as designed, they strike the ball with accuracy & distance is achieved. If you are looking at these & are on the fence, I can truthfully say you will not be dissapointed with the quality or feel of these clubs. Of course everybody's different....& now they have the XF, oh well, inovation never sleeps.

These clubs will hit it high for you. The ball just jumps off the face into the air. They have a nice feel and a large sweet spot. If you know your measurements, tendencies and preferences you can really do yourself some good here. I was able to make up a custom fit set for about half the cost of an off-the-shelf, name-brand set. And as a bonus, the back cavity makes a good bottle opener.

I like the irons, and this purchase finally completed the set. A little upset that my iron was nicked out of the box. Second time this has happened to me. Again it doesn't effect play, but I like to at least have them looking perfect out of the box. I can provide the nicks, thank you very much. Having said that, I think these are great irons for the high handicapper, very forgiving, and with high trajectory I'm even able to stick a few greens.

These clubs overall are a defenite UPGRADE and very forgiving. My weekness chipping n approach,i had gone thru 3 wedges. Could not hit any of them consistent. Either driving rockets by hitting fat sending it a mile past target, or launched it mile in the air but WAY short. I've been out 4 times not counting range, love a my irons, my PW i can approch from 100 or 10 yrs.i now look forward to using my wedge. I could not justify buying name brand u cant go wrong with this model of irons. im actually buying rest of clubs i left out.

Excellent clubs that have taken five shots a round off my game. Very forgiving and has helped improve my accuracy tremendously. I have approximately 20 rounds on these clubs and after a period of adjustment I've come to love them. The hardest part of acclimating to the clubs was how much additional distance these clubs generate. I always knew that I could hit a 7 iron about 155 but now I'm routinely ably to hit a 195 yrd 7 iron. Now that I'm locking into distances, I can't believe how well I'm playing. Tremendous value...why spend 700 dollars more on a "brand" club when all the technology you needs is in a much more affordable product.

My handicap has dropped from a 12 to a 7. They're that good.

After I customized this club I would say it's the
best iron p/w I've ever hit. My first iron was a 7 from Hirecko and it turned my game around. I'm thinking what will happen when I get the whole set. I recvd this club today an went out in the backyard and hit 2 out of 3 perfect shots. If it hadn't been dark cold an snowing I think they could of been better.

Seems like a good enough club; but I would rather have had the opportunity to test other clubs.I had a mid-size grip and a light steel shaft and because it wasn't a stock club, aI was unable to return it nd make the adjustments I thought would be necessary to order more.

Purchased 7 -> PW. Shaft on 8 iron broke on about the 3rd or 4th hit. The shaft was replaced no charge and Hireko picked up the freight both ways (that's nice).

The irons don't seem to be that durable. The faces of the irons seem to be getting marked up trough the chrome finish. My fairway woods and hybrids are Tour Edge and they don't have this problem. There is nothing I can do about it and the play of the clubs is still fine. I like the clubs but wish the chrome finish was more durable. I agree with the other post, the irons were not packed well when sent to me.

Before I bought these clubs I was playing with a set of irons I got in a complete set. The complete set I had included every club you need and a bag for [$] - so obviously these weren't any quality irons. I decided to upgrade to something a little better and settled on the Acer XK HT Irons b/c they looked like a good club on the budget I was on (a tight one). And they ARE. I've just started playing the game and with my old irons I was hitting ~115-120. The Acer irons are very forgiving, and even on off center shots, the ball goes generally the direction I want them to, so I now hit ~105-110. I think the clubs are a great design, and they look great too.

I've used the clubs a couple of times, and really like their feel and forgiveness, especially given that I'm a high handicapper. The clubs are really beautiful as well. Mine are pretty standard...Karma velvet grip (great), and the stepless Apollo steel shafts (which look great, and work just fine). I do wish the clubs had been packed better when shipped, as I had two club arrive with a nick. Nothing that would effect play...but I think some bubble packing should replace the old newspaper.

All in all, hard to beat the price and I really think the clubs work just as well for me as any of the big brand names.

Oh and I also like the iron head covers. Very nice.

I bought the 7 and 9 irons to test these clubs out, and now I'm going to buy the rest of the set! I hit 15 balls with the 9-iron, 10-12 of them went 140-150 yards right where I aimed. I only had a few mishits, and even the mishits went straight over 100 yards. Best irons I have ever hit. I highly recommend. Can't wait to get these clubs onto the course.

I recently purchased the Acer XK HT Golf Clubs with True Temper Dynamic Gold/Sensicore Shafts and Lamkin Crossline Tour Full-Cord Grips. I was amazed at the [...]the quality of workmanship of each club. The first day I played 36 holes – the clubs played very well. The next day I played 18 holes and saw a satisfying improvement in my game. I hit the ball an average of 30 yards farther. The HT clubs have a larger sweet spot and are more forgiving then the clubs I previously used. In addition, the clubs were a great value (I originally considered buying a much more expensive major brand name, but am honestly glade that I didn’t). Thanks Hireko.

Have purchased clubs from Hireko in the past and am always pleased. Needed new irons so opted for the Acer XK high trajectory based on reviews and golf digest article. Ordered 6 through PW with Aldila shafts. When I received them it took a few
sessions on the range to adjust to lighter shafts
and increased swing speed. Unlike my old irons, if
you hit these right you get a very nice sweet feel
and that beautiful "click" sound to tell you it's
pure.

Played 3 times with my new irons and shot avg 3 strokes below my handicap. Very accurate and easy to hit. Perfect trajectory. I'm 71 yrs old and I now can hit my 7 iron 150yds. Just love them.

I just received my XK HT irons, driver 3 wood and 4 hybrid. Went to the course and played 18 holes. My drives were longer my 3 wood was straight my 4 hyrib was longer and higher, and my irons made me look like I knew what I was doing. They went high and they stopped right on the green. I got the senior flex with graphite shafts on everything. The best investment I have made in a long time. I even ordered the wrong shaft on one of the clubs and your customer service operator {Monica Perfecto} called me to ask about the different shaft. What service!!!!

Distance and accuracy. What else a golfer needs?. I have tested R7, CG4 and X20 and my XKs and find no difference in performance. Best deal ever!

I purchased the Acer High Trajectory irons simply because I was able to purchase only the irons I needed. Since I play with several hybrids, I only purchased the 7 iron through sand wedge.
