Bought the 10.5 and 12 deg heads to build some 42 to 43 inch drivers. These are the only 400cc heads with weight ports available. 400cc is plenty big for a short driver.
The quality was very high.
They use the 'standard' weight port, same as the GolfSmith weight ports.
The sound is similar to a driver made from wood, a muted click, very nice.
I don't think it is possible to impact the draw fade bias very much with the weight ports, but I need them to make the weight adjustment for the decreased driver length.

I wanted to build a new driver but I'm not comfortable (yet) looking down at a 460cc head. At 410cc I decided to give the Genesis a try. Being able to adjust the weighting was a plus. Well. I absolutely LOVE this driver. Long, straight, good feedback on impact and no obnoxious "tinny softball bat" sound. I purchased the first one (yes, the FIRST one) on 4-18-09. Today, I ordered another one to have a back-up, "just in case." Get one or two of these great heads while they are still available. You'll be glad you did!

After two Triports split on the sole just off the faceplate, Hireko came through and honored my request to replace the second one with the Dynacraft Genesis. Huge difference in quality of construction and doesn't have the same sound that was a detractor from the Triport. While I really liked the Quad version of the Power Play, the Triport was a variation that shouldn't have happened. The Dynacraft is a solid performer - go with it, you won't regret it!

Gained some distance over my oem driver. Club head gives great feedback... you know when you hit it in the sweet spot. No clanking sound and fairly forgiving. Wish it was a 460cc though. Rate this head a 9 out of 10

Don't shy away from this club due to the size. Have played with this club (shafted with ACD, now Cadence) for over a year. Have shifted to larger drivers, but weighing works well to combat slice or hook. Best option is to set length at 44" (almost impossible with most driver components today) and use weights to adjust swingweight as well as shot pattern. I believe face material is still SP700, but not sure. Definately not standard titanium as it has more spring than most drivers.
