Acer XDS Wide Sole II Iron - Clubhead:The all-new Acer XDS Wide Sole II iron is designed with a thick contoured wide sole, which lowers the center of gravity for optimal trajectory, and helps move the club through almost any type of rough. A deep undercut channel moves the weight towards the back of the head to reduce twist on less than perfect shots. Can also be mixed and matched with the XDS Wide Sole Hybrid for a fully customized set.

I tried a 3, 4, and 5 iron since they were so cheap and these are as easy to hit as most hybrids. Great feel and accurate. Not sure I'd use a whole set but when I need a little help getting the ball up with the long irons (3, 4, 5 irons) these work great.

Appearance of the club is outstanding, better looks than some of your high end brands. Paired these with an Apollo steel shaft, and have the most difficult time getting the ball in the air. On the other hand, the 3 hybrid with a very inexpensive powerflex shaft, is the best hybrid i've ever played. Better shafts would more than likely improve these clubs. For the price, you can't complain.

I built this set 5-sw with the Acer X-Class graphite shaft in regular flex and was more than surprised. these are the best irons I've ever played. excellent feel and very good distance even on off center hits. unbelievable accuracy

Very nice, easy to hit head. I have them on Tx-90A shafts, which is a shaft I've used before and really like. I'm a four wedge player and am wondering when are you going to make a gap wedge?

Outstanding game inprovement club. I built these with Apollo Shadow steel shafts and found them to be one of the easiest clubs to hit high and straight. The clubhead/shaft combination also provides incredibly soft landings.

This is the perfect club for newer golfers, as well as any golfer who wants to enjoy godd, easy shotmaking.
