Acer XK Chipper - Clubhead:The Acer XK Chipper combines the loft of an 8-iron with the weight and lie of a putter. The ultrawide contoured sole glides across either the rough or the close cropped apron surrounding the green. Gooseneck, over-the-hosel design increases the effective face area and eliminates the possibility of shanking the ball like with an iron.

My customer uses this club as his go to club in close up situations when he wants to get close to the pin and he doesn't feel comfortable with a wedge shot. It also knifes through thick rough

This club is superb. I built it for my girlfriend, who is a decent mid-high handicap player but struggles with her short game. She loves this club. She is almost using it too much, but the results are so good I can't tell her to stop.

I have tried it myself, and I feel like I have a pretty good short game, and I must admit it is a great club for me too. If I could take something else out, I would play this. It is so easy to hit it just crazy.
