True Ace Chipper - Clubhead:The True Ace Chipper features a cavity back and toe/heel weighting with an elongated face for optimal accuracy. Four-way chamber sole allows the club to glide through the grass to ensure solid contact with the ball. Uses a standard .370" iron or putter shaft (putter grips are not recommended as this would make the club non-conforming to the Rules of Golf). Assemble to putter length.

I build wooden shafted puters and chippers and have been using the Tru-Ace for the past 4 years. This is solid and has a soft feel when combined with a wooden shaft.

True Ace Chipper does job inexpensively

The True Ace Chipper is OK from fairway, rough, and bunkers with small lips. It is visually appealing, and easy to align. It soles well. It is an inexpensive alternative to many of the overpriced "name brand" models being promulgated now. The head is made out of zinc, which is commonplace in inexpensive golf iron castings. Zinc performs and wears well.

Built the same length as my putter. Use on fringe or just off fringe. Always accurate. Backspin is very consistent. Sure beats chunking or topping a wedge.
