I'm hitting this baby at least 25 yards further than my previous 3 wood. I put this club with an SK Fiber Trac 80 shaft and have simply "crushed" it time and again. Did the same with the driver and seeing similar results. Now I'm thinking of getting me a hybrid version. Great job, Hireko!

Built these woods for my self and paired the 3 and 5 with a True Ace Blue Crunsh in S flex.
The result was just fantastic :) Solid feel and forgiving.

When I or my fellow golfers reach a distance which seems to be the best ever I say "looks like an Olympic record". This club, Acer XF 4-wood, has produced "Olympic record" second shot distance on par 5's for me. Prior to this club I was hitting Acer XP 5-wood for long fairway shots. I was using the 5-wood because I am inconsistent (60% good results) with my Acer XP 3-wood off the fairway. Decided to try the XF 4-wood for long fairway shots. I built it with the Cadence ultralight 60 shaft to a D3 swing weight. The slightly smaller XF head and shallower face has made this a great fairway club for me. It is easy to hit and I've gained 20 yards (or more) over my XP 5-wood. Love the club and I am excited to hit it.

Paired the 4 and 7 with a Acer Velocity red in A flex. Walked up, Set up, and fired. It was truly automatic. I also have the 14* driver on the same shaft and have not hit the ball that far in years. I have the entire XF series now. (XF pro irons too)I change clubs in and out for different conditions. TRY THEM! You will not be disappointed!

Mated the # 3 head with ProV 65 stiff and watched it go 240-250 yards . Solid sound and incredible feel. Narrow fairways on the tee box are not a concern , nor are long par 5s. Needless to say it's a keeper.

Now that I've had the chance to practice with this club on the driving range (3X) and played 2 rounds, I am very pleased of it's performance. Initially I liked the looks and overall black finish but the more I use it, the better it gets. The ball trajectory of the #4/17 degs starts off low and penetrates, a very pleasing ball flight. The ball peaks about 3/4 of the way, I've gotten up to about 240 yards when it comes to rest. I combined this head with the UST MP5 stiff shaft, a very good match! I curious to see how the hybrids perform.

I've never owned a #4 fairway wood before so, this is good. I used the new UST Mamiya MP5 stiff shaft and Tacki-Mac standard grip. The club feels lite and I really like the subtle head/ball impact sound. Although at address, it looks closed about 2 degs but that did not effect my intented ball flight. I've only used it on the driving range twice to identify club's characteristics and ball flight workability. I am very happy thus far!
