Excellent training aid. Some of my juniors and ladies have even put one on all their clubs. Personally, I use this grip trainer for myself and wife to "remind" us of the correct feel. In addition, all my women students use the grip trainer during and after practice. The mold puts our hands in the correct position with the palms facing each other. This makes our hands work as a "UNIT". Remember the grip is the most important golf fundamental. After all the grip is the Only "connection" with the golf club.
