Acer MC4 Putter - Clubhead:The Acer MC4 is a modernized classic designed with the average Tour or better player in mind. After extensive research, it was discovered that the average tour player has a 3º inside/out putting stroke. To encourage the player takes the putter back in the correct arc the rear flange was intentionally angled to provide a visual cue to assist in maintaining this path. This model features a higher toe profile, a non-offset gooseneck hosel and subdued alignment mark better golfers will appreciate. The face is CNC milled to ensure the faces are a perfectly flat striking surface and manufactured with a slightly heavier weight (350g) to allow for various custom lengths.

I needed a change and this was my selection to get the putter in the bag to score once again. What a great choice. Cut shaft to 32.5" and am making 2 to 3 birdies a round. The putter swings true and hits solid on the line. Solid feel and comfortable view from above.

Try it, ya'll will like it -- a bunch.

I was looking for a blade that was a bit heavyer than normal and this one fit the bill at 355 grams. I found it to be acurate without being finicky or dificult to line up. I built two so I could put one in my bag and keep one at work to practise when I get there early.

This was an upgrade to my old Ping69. Attached the step less shaft. Great balance and a nice feel.

I have played with a Wilson 8813 pretty much since I started golf, in the 70's, and I have no problem with getting the ball to the hole. But with this putter I was consistantly short during the first round that I played with it. I used it for only four holes before going back to my old faithful. I play at least once a week here in Hawaii, at the same course, so I know the conditions of the greens.

I had to slightly bend the neck after assembly to suit my eye. It seemed to be slightly closed causing me to stroke with more of a forward press than felt comfortable to me. Once it bent to suit my eye, alignment and solid putting followed.
This is easily one of the nicest putters I've owned. The ball comes of straight and smooth and in the direction I'm aiming. It's a birdie maker.

Add a stepless shaft for clean looking lines. I started immediately sinking putts. A great putter with classic yet classy looks.
