As good as any replacement shaft on the market. tends to rust abit faster than other steel shafts if left in the shed in damp conditions but otherwise a great shaft for the price. a winner

I bought a few of these shafts (10) to make some putters that I was donating to a charity golf tournament. The heads that I used were mallet heads with a 90 degree bored hole to accomodate the shaft. These shafts were not the right shaft for this head, but I was stuck - I was up against a deadline. This shaft is made for a head that already has a standard lie (not 90*) either with or without a hosel. The good news is that Apollo is such a cheap shaft that they are very easy to bend. So after I put the putters together, I had no trouble bending the shafts to the proper lie. That's kind of a good news bad news story, but it is what it is.

Great Value, nice look, Apollo shaft never disappoint. replaced a short Odyssey white hot #7 shaft, nice bend.
