Comments about Hireko SKFLY:SK Fiber Superfly Graphite:

I replaced a broken shaft for an older gentleman... thought a regular flex might be a little stiffer than he might want, but he is an "ancient slicer" as he called himself, so thought the regular shaft might help straighten his drives. Even he had to really slow his swing down in order to hit them straight - complained about the shaft being too "floppy". I suggest someone contact the manufacturer to determine if others have had the same feelings about the flex rating... I would rate it an A or even an L.

I installed that shaft in a Wishon 919 driver and found that at the existing weight the club lacked balance. It was too head heavy and needed to be changed. Removing the 9 gram weight was the answer. With a shaft this light a swing weight of D0 seems best. This a cost efficient alternative to the Aldila Booyea with near identical specs.

I realize there are no industry wide stiffness standards, but I ordered a Regular shaft and it behaved like an "A" stiffness shaft. I suggest someone might want to look into this problem, especially the manufacturer!
