Aluminium Shaft Extenders:Shaft Extenders fit into the butt of the existing shaft and underneath the grip to extend clublength. These aluminum shaft extenders can be cut in half to extend two clubs. Affordable and all-purpose. Specify ALX for graphite shafts and ALXS for steel shafts.

I strive to make precision a part of every modification to a club. The inconsistent wall thickness of these extenders doesn't lend itself to this goal.

Would have been charged $10 per club to strip grip and lengthen club 1/2" plus the cost of the new grip ($5.50). Instead, I lengthened them myself and added a grip for about $6.50 per club. Saved $9.50 per club x 11 clubs = $104.50 in savings.

I was very pleased with these extenders. They were easy to cut down using pipe cutters and were easy to install. The only minor problem that I saw was the extenders were not completely straight. Very easy to do at home. This was my first time ever doing something like this.
