Updated: I finally invested in a decent heat gun and a GREAT hydraulic shaft puller and I now agree with simple-golfer below. You can pull graphite shafts adhered with this epoxy easily. Steel shafts are even easier.

This epoxy is perfect for golf club assembly. I don't bother with the stuff from hardware stores anymore as they were not curing completely. On hot days my clubheads were getting loose. Now I use this stuff and it works great.
The viscosity is perfect for club assembly. It evenly coats the shaft and hosel without running everywhere. Plenty of time to position the head just the way you want. After curing, this epoxy is very strong. However, graphite shafts glued with this epoxy can still be removed undamaged as long as you have a good heat gun and shaft puller.

Equal parts on a piece of cardboard, mix well with mixing stick then mix some more and use as needed. Stays soft long enough to help if you make a mistake. Once it is hard this stuff is STRONG!

I have used this epoxy for over 15 years and it is the best I have tried. I've used epoxies from Golfsmith and Golfworks. The Hireko/Dynacraft epoxy is by far the strongest. Be aware that once this epoxy has cured in the club, no amount of heat will allow you to pull a graphite shaft without destroying the tip. It's that strong.
For those that feel this epoxy is "too thin" the lubricity from that lower viscosity makes for a more precise and easier assembly of tight tolerance parts and ferrules.
Lastly, shafting beads should be on everyones workbench for assembling graphite shafted clubs. They increase the viscosity of the epoxy and provide an additional buffer between the shaft and hosel to prevent shaft breakage.

Comments about Hireko EP01:Epoxy A+B 4 oz Bottles:
I don't like the consistency of this epoxy. I mixed it to the 1:1 ratio and it was running all over the place. Most epoxies that I have used are of a thicker consistency.

I am a first time club builder and this glue worked perfectly. I was afraid I mixed incorrectly because it stayed 'wet' for a long time (its' supposed to) but by the end of 24 hours, it was cured. Have built 2 sets & no problems at all. Will continue to use this glue over fast glues because you have ample time to fix mistakes.

This is more affordable than a lot of other epoxy I've seen elsewhere, but it seems to be working great for me so far. I haven't had a failure yet. I have not tried to reshaft anything I've built yet, so no comment on that. A fellow builder I know online says he's been using Hireko's epoxy for years without issue.
