At first, I was excited about this product. I figured it would fit better than using an old shaft and certainly easier to come by.

First I tried a dry fit to see how well it would fit. The plug end was much too small and rattled around in the end of the shaft. However, this was easily solved by using enough epoxy to fill the void.

The first time I swung the club, it felt like the plug came loose. So, I removed the grip (I use air, no tape) and found that the epoxy was holding well. It just felt loose because it is made from a soft plastic that flexes way too much during a golf swing.

After half a round, the extension completely failed sheering in half at the end of the shaft. Now I have a mess to clean up and no way to get the severed piece of extension out of the grip.

What a mess, stay away from this product.
