I first had these shafted with Project X6.0 shafts and hated them. I reshafted them with TT DG Spinner shafts and they are incredible around the green. I have never holed so many chip and flop shots in my life. I reorder 5 more heads in 52 and 56 degree just to have on my shelf. I always check the lofts, so if they are a little bit off I can quickly adjust them. The spin produced with the combination 56 degree head and DG Spinner wedge shaft is mind blowing. For those of you that did not give it 5 stars, try it with the DG Spinner shafts then write a new review.

I built a set of these for my son. I shafted them with Apollo Steep-less shafts and Karma grips.
He loves them and says, "they are the best wedges he has ever had". He can spin them and get out of sticky lies with ease. We both like the non glare black finish. Very nice product!

Great looking, plays great and put a 52/56/60 deg. together with my prefeered shaft an grip for less that what i paid for one of my old Cleveland
wedges.

Bought these for a "snowbird" set to take south. I have Cleveland wedges and wanted an inexpensive facsimile. I play the PowerPlay System Q2 irons and generally love Hireko heads
I built the 56 and 60 with Dynamic Gold shafts. The first time I played with them, shots were going left and almost identical distance on full swing shots (approx. 70 yds). I had both wedges put on a loft/lie machine. The 56 was 58 degrees and the 60 was 59 degrees. Both were 2 degrees upright which is why they were slightly to the left. In essence they were the same club.
Hireko said that I could disassemble and send the heads back for review. I chose to have them bent to correct loft/lie at my proshop. I'd prefer they be more accurate and not have them bent as they tend to return over time.
Overall, they are ok clubheads. I understand a +1/-1 tolerance, but these were essentially the same club with the loft being off on both (not to mention the 2 degree upright lie). Make sure you have them verified or checked if you have any performance issues.

Very great wedge, it hits the ball very far though. It was also very hard to bend as the material is very hard. Great looking in the black finish.

Great wedges - replaced my Clevelands in my bag. Really helped my sand play.

I love the club for its feel and accuracy. I have only used it for one round of golf so far but im afraid They dont have the backspin im used too. It has a litte more forward roll on the green with shots inside 40 yards. I think the melonite is a bit slick.I l;ike the club it has great feel I just wish the ball would sit on the green better. Im gonna try the other version next.

I have been playing a 60 degree for almost 10 years now. I have played in some huge tournaments and could not have won any without this club. I can make it hop and stop, pull the string on the greens, hit Phil Mickleson flop shots, and make tough bunker shots look ridiculously easy. When u aim it at the pin, the ball never moves from that line. I love it so much I use it to putt with some rounds. I would not trade this club for anything. Must have.

These wedges really make it easy to get the ball close to the hole. I built the 52 and the 64. These wedges impart good spin onto the ball making it easy to stop the ball quick. Didn't like the white paint scheme in the grooves on the face. I'd recommend these to by buddies.

I bought all four wedges. I am no expert, but they seem to be an improvement over my previous set. I

I purchased the 52 and 56 and built them with True-Temper sensicore shafts. The 56 is GREAT for sand but a little tough from tight lies. The feel on both wedges is great.

Built this for my son. He loved it. Started hitting it myself and it felt great. Ordering one for myself in 52 & 56 lofts and giving away my Tommy Armour wedges.
