What is the Hireko Extra Income Program?
The program allows you to make a 10% commission
selling Hireko custom golf clubs and components to your families,
friends or co-workers. In addition, your customers will receive
10% off their orders when they shop through you!
How does the program work?
After you fill out the online application and are approved,
you’re ready to sell!
You will be assigned a unique coupon code that
you can give your customers worth 10% off all assembled Hireko
golf clubs, boxed sets and headcovers. Golfers will also be
able to save 10% off their clubs by shopping with you! How
you want to sell is up to you. Our free 128 page catalog is
also a great selling tool to show your customers the wide
variety of Hireko golf equipment. Have technical questions?

How do I place orders for my customers?
There’s 4 easy ways to place orders:
1. Online
After your application has been approved you will be given
a unique coupon code that you will give your customers. This
coupon code is worth 10% off all assembled golf clubs, golf
bags, boxed sets and headcovers. Your customer can then go
online and order clubs direct using your unique coupon code
on checkout. If you would like to place the order yourself
online, just make sure to put your customer’s “Ship To” and
credit card information in the appropriate fields in the shopping
cart. You also must make sure to use your unique coupon code
when you place the orders yourself. Hireko only accepts credit
cards for payment in the Extra Income program.
2. Phone
To place orders by phone just call 800-367-8912 and identitfy
yourself as an Extra Income member. Give the customer service
representative your unique coupon code, ship to and customer’s
credit card number and we’ll build the order accordingly.
3. Fax
To place orders by phone call 888 367-8912 using the order
form at the end of this manual. Make sure your unique coupon
code is on each order form in addition to the customer’s ship
to and credit card number.
4. Email
Email your order with coupon code to support@hirekogolf.com.
Make sure your unique coupon code is in the email in addition
to the customer’s ship to and credit card number.
It’s that easy! Hireko will then custom build
the clubs and ship Fedex Ground direct to your customer within
5 working days. Please make sure to always have your coupon
code on all order to ensure you receive your commission.
How and when will I be paid?
Your commission check will arrive on the 15th of
the following month. Please note that product returns will
be deducted from the following month’s commission. If there
is not a sufficient commission balance to cover the return
charge, all returns will be deducted from the credit card
that the Extra Income Member submitted on the original application.
Hireko only accepts credit cards for payment in the Extra
Income program.
a. Commissions will be paid for a full month
beginning on the 1st and ending on the 31st of each month.
Checks will be issued and mailed by the 15th of the following
month.
b. All returns will be credited against the
next month’s commissions. If there
is not adequate commissions to cover the returns, it will
be taken out of
rep’s credit card number.
c. Commissions will only be paid on orders that
have been shipped, invoiced
and whose credit card has been successfully debited. We will
not pay
commission on any orders in the process of being assembled.
d. Commissions will only be paid on 1st column
pricing only.
e. Commissions are based on the gross sale BEFORE
freight charges and AFTER any discounts. Commissions will
be calculated after the 10% coupon code.
f. Commissions are calculated on the following
products:
• Hireko Brand Assembled Golf Clubs
(Acer, Power Play, iBella, Dynacraft brands)
• Golf club box sets
• Golf club headcovers
Commissions are NOT applicable on:
• Component clubheads, shafts & grips
• Products on sale
• Products on closeout
• Products on backorder
• Products in process of assembly
• Products out of stock
• Fraudulent orders
• Gift Certificates
• DVD’s, books, videos
• Orders with fraudulent credit card numbers
Terms & Conditions
Hireko reserves the right to remove a Hireko Extra Income
Member from the program at our discretion. Hireko takes fraud
very serious. Fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the
full extent of the law. Commission Junction or Google Performics
affiliate marketing sites cannot use the coupon codes for
commission. The Extra Income Program is not applicable to
affiliate marketing sites.
What do I need to do to get started?
Just fill out the application below. Within 24 hours your
application will be reviewed and an email sent to you confirming
your acceptance into the Extra Income Program. Detailed instructions
will then be provided regarding your unique coupon code.
