CLUBHEAD OEM PROGRAM (DESIGN FROM SCRATCH)

Do you want to design your own clubhead from scratch?  Do you want complete control over such specifications such as loft, lie, weight, volume, face angle and even bulge/roll?  If so, then this is the program for you.  Our designers and engineers at Hireko will work with you to create the clubhead you've always envisioned.  Whether your idea is on the back of a paper napkin, or you have full engineering drawings, we can take your dream to reality.  Keep in mind that this program is the most time intensive of all our programs.  It can take anywhere from 6 months to a year or more, depending on how fully formed your idea is, to complete a project from beginning to end.

CLUBHEAD LOGO CASTING PROGRAM

If you like an existing (or former) Hireko head, but simply want to change the logo to your own, then this program is for you.  Select from a wide variety of existing designs.  You also have control over the head cosmetics, including changing paint colors, finishes (eg. mirror, satin or PVD finish), and adding decals. The per-piece price is determined by the head style, finish and logo design.

EMBLEM PROGRAM

A very fast and economical way to customize clubheads. Any of the emblem shapes that are shown throughout this catalog may be modified.  Heads sold separately.  You will need to remove the existing emblems and replace with your own.

• Minimum Quantity: 500 emblems per size.  Please Note: Some irons require 3 emblem sizes and separate emblems are required for RH/LH.  Please contact your sales rep for more details.
• Price:  $1.00 per emblem for standard emblems

GRIP PROGRAM

Custom logo your own grip.  Choose from a wide variety of rubber and synthetic grips.

• Minimum Quantity: 1000 grips.
• Price:  Based on grip model. 

GRAPHITE SHAFT PROGRAM

Whether you want to start your own shaft company or just customize one shaft model, with Hireko's custom graphite shaft program, you can custom logo an existing shaft with your own colors and finishes.  Choose from dozens of models each with its own playing characteristic.

• Minimum Quantity: 100 shafts per flex.
• Price:  Based on shaft model.

STEEL SHAFT LABEL PROGRAM

Create your own steel shaft labels.

• Minimum Quantity: 2000 labels.
• Price:  Based on shaft model.
