customer wants steel A flex instead of graphic in his irons I have them Sw#from PW(D0) down to 3I(C The weight of the clubs are PW 16 3/4 ozdown to 3I at 15 oz and the total gms of heads with weight adjusted in 7 degrees differences, but the 5I it is the same weight as the 6I at 15 1/2 and it is 5grams lighter than the targeted weight of273 grams. If I add the 5gms it will raise the SW# up 3points and willmake the over all head weight heavierthan the 6I. Am I trying to get to techical on the set? the customer is an older man and wants set with A flex and cut to women lengths. Is it possibly that one of my shafts was not the same weight as the other 7?

We weigh the shafts before we make up a set---Of course we weigh the clubheads also---Foundries make mistakes----
We place the heavier shafts in the shorter clubs if there is a difference in the set ---We add weight to adjust swing weight only, not to adjust completed overall club weight--
