I need HELP! I am trying to remove the head
from a Callaway FT-5 driver with no success.
I got the ferrule off and have applied heat gun
and propane torch to try and break the epoxy
and it won't budge!Jeff or anyone, can you please
help? I have removed sccores of Callaway driver heads in the past, even the hard to remove ERC.
I can't figure what I may be doing wrong!Thanks
Bob

Bob:
Aside from taking it to a church and dipping it in the wholly water and praying it falls out, you can try step drilling the shaft out. Removing the ferrule is a last resort on those heads.

I saw a Callaway FT-5 driver on ebay. Head only - with a hole for the bore thru shaft. Is this a fake or did they make one version in the past?

You might want to alert Callaway on this one...
