I am an intermediate clubfitter/builder, and also new to your company. I am impressed so far as your product range, and also the cosmetics are in very good taste. I consider myself very knowledgeable in how the technical specifications of golf components translate into playability, however there was a time when I was just your average consumer/golfer looking for the best clubs for my game. It is from this standpoint that I make my suggestion. A rating system based on the playability factors of golf heads and shafts have been in use by your competitors for some time now. Reading your catalog and website leads me to believe that you truly do rigorously test and analyze your products to the point where a rating system should be easily attainable. I realize that all of your products are designed with the latest in technology providing forgiveness, distance, and workability, and most decent Saturday golfers could pick up any properly-fitted club from your catalog and shoot well, but there are differences that are implied, but not stated that could very possibly sway someone away from the right or wrong club for their needs. It is because of this that I have to strongly recommend that you implement a simple system to translate the technical "mumbo-jumbo" into easy-to-understand information for the average "Joe". But please do keep the "mumbo-jumbo" in there for techies like me!!! Thanks for your time!
