I have tried voice mail, email, chat online and I cant get a response about the grips I ordered 06/25/09......If I could get a hold of someone at the company I would cancel the order and never do business with the company again.....What a rip-off. I am sure that they wont have any trouble getting their money for the grips that were ordered on 06/25/09, filled 06/26/09 and show to ship on 11/30/99, is that 2099 or 1999??? I hope this is not business as usual for Hireko...This is my rant and I am sticking to it....

I am not sure if you tried to get a hold of us during the long 4th of July weekend, but you can give me a call at 800-942-5872 between 8AM and 5PM EST if it is a technical question or you can call the sales/customer service 800-367-8912 between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM PST. The chat is not manned but only certain hours during the weekdays.

I for one have never had any issues with Hireko. I have always gotten my product ordered on time every time. They are one of the few companies shipping Fed-Ex and I can order on Monday and get it the same week as Fed-Ex makes Saturday "home" deliveries on ground shipping. I live on the eastern side of the U.S. and most shipments form CA take over a week to get. Many thanks to Jeff for all his knowledge and the rest of the team at Hireko for the wonderful job they do.
If something has gone wrong on their end it is an extremely rare occurrence. My experience with most problems as this happens to be with the shipper and lost packages.
I hope your problems are corrected.
