What do you put for the "State" on the ordering form? There is no "Manitoba" on the list of states. So it keeps giving me an error and won't let me finish processing the order. What about the postal code?
When I pulled up my account it had some strange code tacked to the end of the postal code.

Dear Customer:
Please put in OH in the state and 12345 in the zip code for the time being. Then put in the comments section your actual address. When we receive your order, the customer service department will make sure everything goes through correctly. The next time you log in under user name and password, everything should be correct on your contact and shipping information.
