I dealt with Stela in customer service. She was professional, friendly, and quick with email responses. Thanks Hireko golf for great customer service and employing good people like Stela and Jeff Summit. You know me from the GW and 4gea forums. My experiences with Hireko service has also been excellent. What's especially cool is being able to talk directly to the club designer (and forum Moderator) Jeff Summitt. He obviously has great knowledge of his products. I just made an order today requesting a lie angle adjustment on the iron heads, and, probably within 30 minutes, Monica gave me a call to verify the adjustments and to make sure the extra cost was okay with me. Thumbs up in my book. Always lookin' for the next best club to build... System Q2 20* Hybrid w/ Cadence Hybrid, Q2 6-iron with Shadow Steel, and Mantara 3-iron and PW with Balistik Steel are built. Considering Q2s for my next iron set, and the Q2 hybrid is in the bag.
