It is very aggravating that any time I want specs. on a clearance item I have to check with customer service to get them! And, every time I ask I can hear the unvoiced sigh on the other end as I'm being told that the information will take some time to find as it's not readily available. Does anyone buy equipment without knowing what you are actually buying? How happy are you to buy a discontinued "large volume driver" only to have it arrive and see that it is under 275cc's? There had to be a spec. list for these items at some point when they were new, right? Why isn't that information retained and displayed with the clearance items as it is with the newer offerings? It's not like it would clog up your site or be a technical challenge to bring this information forward when an item goes to clearance. If nothing else, please begin doing this with all your current items as they go on clearance and keep the information with them as long as your selling them. If your not going to keep specs. on your clearance items you may as well just pitch them rather than offering them for sale. I'm sure I'm not alone in feeling that I'm not interested in buying something"unseen."
