I am attempting my 1st regripping and need some advice on the number of wraps for +1/32. I am fairly certain my shafts are .58 and I have some golf pride .60 midsize cords.
From my research online I have seen anywhere from 2 build up wraps + the double sided to 6 build up wraps. Because I'm putting on .60 grips on a .58 I believe I need a couple of wraps to get back to standard, but I'm not totally sure.
Any advice, tips or charts I can go look at?

Dave:
Any clubmaking book will have chart for grip sizing. Plus if you go to:
http://www.hirekogolf.com/hireko/orderportal/home?switchprofile=Components
Scroll down on the right and you will see a grip calculator. Click on that.
If you have a Golf Pride Midsize grip, then you are already starting with a grip that is +1/16". Your final grip size on a .580" shaft would be 0.942", which is +3/64".
You really need to get the standard sized version in order to end up with a true +1/32" over Men's Standard.

1/64th larger shouldn't pose too much of a problem, should it?
Thanks for the calculator link, I somehow missed it when searching your site.

Unfortunately you will not know until you try it. Because the grip size is larger than your target goal I might advise gripping only one club first and seeing how it feels and plays. If you like it, then grip all your other clubs. If not, well you only ruined one grip and now have a better understanding of grip sizing.
