Live Chat working?   Forum Index -> Suggestions & Feedback Author Message 09/05/2008 12:04:25     Subject: Live Chat working? jwbrockman@gmail.com Joined: Jun 12, 2008 Messages: 1 Offline Forgive me for being pushy, but I can't figure out if the live chat feature is working properly right now. I have used it in the past with no problems that I recall. Right now if I try to start one up I get as far as entering my initial question, and as soon as I submit it kills the window. I wasn't sure if the messages even got through until I got an e-mail message from Jeff yesterday answering my question (by that time I was already gone, though). There may be certain times that we are "Away" at lunch and you push the technical option or it may say "Back in 5 minutes". In those cases it will send an automated response.
