I'm really interested in getting the Caiman irons once you have them back in stock. My question is...does the sand wedge play well as an actual sand wedge out of greenside bunkers, or is it really just a 56-degree lofted iron that plays like the others in the set?

Some of the easiest playing sand wedges are a matching club to the set rather than a stand alone wedge set that are typically blades. The Caiman SW has the added bounce designed to be used from the sand among other conditions.

Thanks for the quick reply. Good info to know. Makes perfect sense that the set wedges are easire on short approach shots from the fairway than my current blades - if they get the job done out of the bunker, then that's direction I'm going.
