I was curious if the stated lofts on the Genesis driver heads are accurate or vanity lofts - can you provide the answer?
Also - off topic - I'm building a driver for a friend, he has a .350 head and wants to use a DG .335 shaft in it. I've never built anything .350 before so I was curious... is it safe to use the plastic adapter sold on the site, or am I much better off using a brass shim? Does the answer change if the shaft were graphite instead of steel?
Thanks in advance...

No vanity lofts here. I did that years ago and never heard the last from it. But the Genesis is a slightly higher launching head because of all the rear weighting from the screws and the shallow face.
The FR1017 reducing ferrule is perfectly fine and designed specifically for this purpose. It is compatible with any shaft material.

So, how does the install work?? Two steps, two curing periods (adapter into hosel, then shaft into adapter), or one step (all at once), or something else entirely??
Sorry for the newb follow-up question, but I want to get it right and not have to heat and pull anything bc I screwed it up

Put the reducer ferrule in at the same time as the shaft. If you attempt to do this in two stages inevitably you will get epoxy somewhere which will inhibit the shaft from going into the ferrule. As long as you are not using quick setting epoxy, you will have plenty of time to make all the necessary adjustments.
