Why no rattle stop or access hole in the ICT driver head? I've read several reports of rattles developing and no way to fix it. I've emailed service but (as of yet) haven't gotten a reply to replace mine. If there were an access hole, I'd fix it myself.

The foundry does add spider glue inside the head prior to finally assembly. As far as access, as you know this has a through bore socket to allow the adapter to come in from one end and a screw from the other so you cannot access the interior of the head via rubber stopper like you can in a normal driver head. Year ago there was a head we manufactured that had a small hole in the sole that was plugged. I remember we had far more returns with that that little plug falling into the head than all other problems combined.

OK, thanks for the reponse. I tried heating the bottom with a heat gun and shaking the head to catch the culprit but it didn't sound like there was anything in there to catch it.
I'll just send it back for a replacement if or when someone replies to my email. Thanks again.
The head is a missle launcher by the way. I have a Purple Ice 55 gr X-flex in it at 45" long. It swing weights at C-8. I wish there were a weight port in it. Maybe the second generation?????
