hi jeff, i have been playing with a system q 455 ti driver for a couple of years. good driver. it recently developed a rattle . does not sound like epoxy and i usually am very stingy with the amount of epoxy i use. could it be a internal weight and if so what would be the best solution? thanks and keep selling great products!!!!

Charlie:
If there is something loose inside the head, it should come out of one of the screw holes. Just remove one of the screws with a 3mm allen wrench and try to shake out any loose debris.

Charlie and Jeff,
When you have weight ports in a head, if you remove all the weight screws and use your shop-vac on one of the openings, also moving the club head up and down quickly to get the loose item moving, you can get it out pretty quickly. This assumes the loose item is small enough to come out through the weight port.
Cheers, Lee
