Apollo shaft replacement   Forum Index -> Ask Hireko Author Message 07/29/2009 09:52:14     Subject: Apollo shaft replacement lrobson@proshotlaser.com Joined: Jan 23, 2009 Messages: 45 Offline Jeff, I am replacing a broken Apollo shaft and could use some help identifying the best current model to match it. On the grip end, it has printed: Apollo acculite R iron M/S 39". Just below the grip, the shaft gets larger, to about .640" for about 2-3/4 inches. There are no shaft bands on the set, can you tell from the above what flex the shaft is? It should be S-flex, but you can tell by the tip to first step dimension. For S-flex it was 10" and for R-flex it was 12". By the way, that shaft was only trimmed from the tip end.
