I am a high handicapper.....shoot average of 110 and range 100-120.

My goal this season was to break 100 but shot a 100 a few months ago.

I currently have a King Snake set that my brother gifted me when he bought some Nike clubs back 3-4 years ago and while still in pretty good shape overall I am not sure they are the most forgiving set I could own.

I was really eyeing the XK line and maybe the High Trajectory ones as that is one of my problems is getting the ball in the air very well.

I then saw the new XDS-Cabriolet hybrid irons and was wondering if they would be any more forgiving then the XK line but being so new there are no opinions on them yet.

Any helpful advise on which why to go with the new irons.....XK, High Trajectory, or the new XDS irons.

I do plan to hit a local golf shop to see the swing speed and get fitted so I can make sure to order clubs that fit me well once I decide which line will work best for me.

Any help much appreciated!!

The XDS Cabriolet irons hit the market today, thus the reason why you haven't seen any reviews yet. If the goal is getting the ball airborne, then the Acer XK HT would be the first choice, unless you have a tendency to pull the ball. In that case, the reduced offset of the Cabriolets, along with their low and rear CG should provide both the height and accuracy.

It will probably be a least a month after any product that becomes available for sale that a review will be seen on the site.
