I have the PP Q2 driver in my cart with the sk fiber pure enrgy, and a 3/5 wood with the sk fiber tour trak 80...like on my irons. So I was going to try a different grip just to have a little variety. I use the Winn grips on my irons.

I was thinking about the Lamkin StingFree Crossline Tour Black Cord, in a different color, to give the set a little more appeal. But, as I've shared, the joints in my hands can get a little problematic. Since these grips are cords, are they not a good choice for me?

Any other suggestions as far as grips go that I could use and match on the driver, 3 and 5 wood? Thanks Jeff

Tom:

The cord is in there for torsion control, but there is kevlar material to reduce the shock. The modern cord is actually not that rough as compared to the cord grips manufactured a decade ago.
