If you happen to be one of the elite players that compete in the PGA, Nationwide, Senior or many of the other mini tours which will play under the Conditions of Competition - then they will not conform. However, it if a club championship, amateur or other local tournament which do not abide by the Conditions of Competition, then they do conform.
