"Toe drag" in a putter

In the 2010 catalog, I was reading the information listed under the Dynacraft Online putter and the putter shaft suggested was the CP or STS. I later read (on the website I believe) that the CP shaft should be the primary choice since it provides the correct offset. The STS shaft could be used, but could cause "toe drag". I'm not familiar with this term. Can you clarify what this means?

You might be referring to toe hang. The use of the single bend shaft will no longer create the offset, only the lie angle. Plus the putter will no longer face balance with the single bend putter shaft that will with the AP46CP shaft.
