I had difficulty yesterday identifying the correct headcover for the Dynacraft Online putter. The item description for the putter doesn't mention anything about which headcover will fit the head. I was in the middle of placing an order online when I discovered this. I wanted to order the Dynacraft logo cover, but there are two offered. I tried the live chat, but could only leave a message (during your normal business hours) and as tonight, still have not received a response. So I called customer service to find out which cover fit this putter. The customer service rep didn't know either. Granted, she was extremely helpful and friendly, so I don't want to complain about this, but it's difficult to order the correct headcover when I don't know what it is. I would suggest adding this information either to the headcover description, or the putter description.

If you are looking at the Dynacraft logoed HC for the Dynacraft On-Line putter, the one you want is the following:

If you want one that is not logoed, then it is is the following:

I appreciate the information, but I thought the purpose of this forum was to make suggestions on how to improve the shopping experience, not get specific item numbers. Maybe I'm missing the point.
