Why do so many companies assume I fade the ball and as the lofts go up the angles close. I want a 12* square head and 45" shaft preferably 400cc or less. Looks like the Prophet ICT is the only option and I don't like the head shape. It will be into golf season here before the ICT2 is out. And I don't care for the square head Quantum even though I may like it if I hit it.

As heads get bigger the CG moves further from the shaft and is harder for even better golfers to square up the face. And as the loft increases you have more face progression effectively moving the hands further behind the ball. So there is a rhyme and reason why you see the manufacturers make the drivers slightly closed.

Drivers that are 400cc or less simply do not sell well in today's environment and the reason why you do not see manufacturers investing in the tooling. In the past 6 months I believe we probably had a few different models in the closeout section that would have met your requirements. I was just hoping and praying we would eventually sell through which eventually we did.

Actually playing courses from 30 years ago I hit the ball further with persimmon small head drivers. I don't really subscribe to big head drivers. The sweet spot is still the same. I miss my old Powerbuilt with the brass weight in the back. Beautiful
