I tried ....really tried to place an order. After loading a number of things in my basket, I decided to make a few changes. Then I was informed that basket was empty. Okay.... that's life! So I went back in and reordered, including the changes I'd decided to make. I went to the PAYMENT AND PURCHASE PAGE and found that everything I'd listed in my first order, as well as the second were there to be paid for. Aha, I thought... I can take care of this! So I logged out, shut down the computer and the modem, waited a while and turned it all back on. It's still there! When I used the "Live Chat" I was instructed by Michael to go the basket and then I could remove the unwanted items. Guess what? When I clicked on the basket, it said, "Your basket is empty." Am I running in circles or what? Congrats to anyone who has successfully placed an order!!!

Dear Customer:

Please make sure that you are logged in. As soon as you log out the basket will appear empty. The information should be stored in your cache so when you log back in it will be there unless you cleared out your cache.

Sincerely,

Jeff Summitt
