First of all. I love your golf components - the prices and customer service. I will only do business with your company.
The only issues I have is using the web for placing orders. I recently placed a order through the web TWICE. My credit card had two pending charges and when I called customer service, they had no record of the order. When I placed the order over the phone, I received my order with no issues.
