I had an opportunity to visit Dynacraft, today, to see the new equipment. First of all, Thanks, Jeff, for the expert treatment and information.
I have always like the look and performance of Dynacraft components. Since the change to the new ownership, the organization has been slowly brought to the forefront. The catalog and website are attractive, and the equipment is well displayed. After seeing the new equipment up close, I must say that Dynacraft is back and better than ever. The Prophet line looks as good as any OEM or topline component. Everything about it exudes first quality components.
The Genesis line, while an adjustable weight set, does not strive to copy any other club. These look original.
The Avatar line shows an upgrade to former Dynacraft clubheads. These upgrades are very well accomplished. The Jackaroo II is no more, but, with the Avatar FW line, we don't have to mourn its passing. The new Avatar FW shows some very positive improvements to the Jack II that will make it even more functional and popular.
The graphics on all these clubs is very exciting, but, very tasteful, not tacky at all.
I already have an Avatar center shafted mallet, which is the cat's pajamas, but, the interchange putter system looks irresistable.
All in all, my visit to Dynacraft left me with good feelings that a very dependable company has made a comeback, and will be a force to be reckoned with in the golf component business.
