I was putting the grip onto the water-activated grip strip that I was told by your representative that work just as well as the regular solvent strip. My first attempt to use the strip, the grip got stuck half way, it seemed that
the sticky chemical wasn't enough on the tape. Now, I'm faced with the
decision to tear up the bring new WINN grip and re-do it over. I'm not
happy especially the hybrid club I'm building is for my brother.

just inject some water into the grip and continue pushing it on.....H. Upson

Never had a problem with that tape , however, I use soapy water and the grip just slides right on.
