Taylor made R580   Forum Index -> OEM Discussion Author Message 07/10/2007 05:05:10     Subject: Taylor made R580 anonymous I need to reshaft a R580 3 wood, I believe it has an mas-6 ultralite Rflex, any idea about a good replacement shaft, and is the tip standard .335 in that club..thanks for any help. 07/10/2007 05:22:31     Subject: Re:Taylor made R580 Jeff Summitt Joined: Jan 13, 2006 Messages: 2240 Offline The shaft originally in the head was a .350" diameter, however a .335" shaft will work with a FR1017 bushing ferrule. Is the shaft the MAS 60? If so, I would replace it with the Aldila Gamer Driver shaft (not the fairway model). If this is not the shaft, please reply back with the exact wording on the shaft - the more the better.
