I wasn't happy about the water-activated grip tape which caused me to
rip out the grip because it was stucked 3/4 way down on the shaft.
I contacted your customer representative and explained the situation
and she happily replaced the grip free of charge and freight. I'd ordered
the regular solvent solution and the regular tape to ensure that installation goes smoothly. Thanks and keep up the good work.
